Comfortable beds, facilities to make tea, a kitchen, and blackout curtains in the room. Outstanding food, especially gorgeous and very very good breakfast.

Very basic area.

The place was clean and fabulous, it had very good and courteous staff like the manager. The location near Prospect park was marvellous. Moreover, it's close to Reading centre as well as center of town station or train station.

The property was functional with amazingly nice staff at the reception desk, I really enjoyed the stay. I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant with excellent breakfast. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The location was particularly good and perfect, 20 minutes' walk to the centre.

Enjoyed my great stay for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good with perfect poached eggs and served by the courteous staff.

Modern and clean place, everything was very good. I loved its staff, everyone was superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. It was in a magnificent location to bus stops.

One minor improvement could be made regarding the temperature control in the rooms.
